Striving for Country Perfection...
Plan for the night… and the morning..
  1. Study for this daggum Anatomy Exam tomorrow! Don’t stress…you got this! :)
  2. Study for that lab practical tomorrow! 20-30 minutes TOP! No biggie! :)
  3. Plan out my new meal plan for tomorrow!
  4. Go to sleep! By 1am?! Let us hope…I’ve got 3 hours!

And tomorrow…

  1. Wake up…by 6am?! Let us pray! lol
  2. Study for this Anatomy exam…Crunch time baby! :/ Yikes! (only an hour!!)
  3. Print notes for school! MIBO slides and CBIO lab slides.
  4. Take a shower…get ready for schoolio.
  5. Make meals (pack mid-morning snack/lunch/mid-afternoon snack)
  6. Eat breakfast…you know its the most important meal of the day! :)
  7. Out the door by 8:40! :) Study on the way to school…lol. Y’all know how I stress!

Alright…Ready?! Set?! GOoooooo!!!!!!! :)

I feel like I’ve lost…but tomorrow is a time for a new beginning :)

As most of you know, I’ve slipped back into old habits of binging and purging as well as laxative abuse for the past week. In addition, I’ve lost that battle and have gained weight :(

But tomorrow I’m starting fresh! I’m beginning the 12 week LiveFit program and I’m hella excited! Just a heads up, I’m probably not going to follow her nutrition guidlines per say just because it seems to be a lot of eating and a lot of food I don’t like but we’ll see how it goes! But I’m real excited to start lifting weights! :)

SO I’m gonna post starting stats tomorrow and we’ll go from there! :)

Love you guys! Pray for me..I’ve still got a longgg way to go! But I’mma get there! I know I will!

Live Fit

I think I’m gonna give it a whirl! I’ve felt so lost in this whole diet world..I wanna be healthy and I’m eorking so hard to give up my unhealthy ways of eating/abusing. And I think this might be the answer!

Nutrition-wise it looks like its gonna suck for me…but I’m loving the planned out exercises! :)

you know…its hard.

it’s hard dieting healthy.

it’s hard not starving yourself..because in the back of your mind you know it helped you “lose weight” before.

it’s hard not abusing laxatives…especially when you’ve gone over your calories.

it’s hard seeing the scale after you attempt to stop harming yourselves in these ways…and even harder at this point not to go back to those habits.

it’s hard.

and you have to be strong.

but I’m strong! and I will get through this! I will! even if it kills me!

because if I don’t…these harmful habits will :(
